Account Managers

In order to login to our secure FTP you will require an FTP software package.  There are many FTP programs available commercially or as freeware (see links below).

Once you have your FTP software installed you will need a user name and password.  If you are a returning customer please use the user name and password provided to you.  If you are a new customer you can either request a user name and password by emailing our Graphics Department or you can login as a guest using the following:

FTP Server: ftp.printmate.ca
Username: guest.printmate.ca
Password: guest
