Replacement/Return Policy

Printmate Graphics Limited (PMG) will replace any defective or damaged products free of charge when determined that the defects and/or damage were caused by PMG.

We are not responsible for any product failure or damages as a result of improper or unsafe handling, assembly, installation or loading of any PMG product by the customer or a contractor or agent of the customer.

PMG is not responsible for any late shipments due to strikes, natural catastrophes, wars or any other events that are beyond our control.
